Growing up in Highland Park, Michigan a small city within the city of Detroit, Michigan 

Dr. Colston grew up in a single parent home where she grew up with many hardships and challenges with poverty. At the early age of 12 Years Old she decided that she was going to become a GIRL BOSS!

She was one of the first people in her family to go to college and receive a Bachelors Degree and later Masters Degree as well as a high honor of a Doctorate Degree of Divinity. She has impacted hundreds of people all over the world EMPOWERING, ENCOURAGING and MOTIVATING others to stay the course in Life, Entrepreneurship and on their Spiritual Journey
